SOJUFISC, is a Senegalese limited company with a Board of Directors, was founded in 2006.

A lawyer and tax specialist, holds Master degrees in Business Law from Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar (UCAD). He is also an accredited Arbitrator at the Mediation and Conciliation Arbitration Center (CAMC) of Dakar.
​
Since 2006, he has been Managing Partner and then Chairman and CEO of the SOJUFISC SA Group.
He is one of the founders of the Chamber of Mines of Senegal and an active member of the Legal, Fiscal and Statutory Commission of the said Chamber.
​
Since 2013, M. FALL co-publishes, through SOJUFISC, a collection of texts on the General Tax Code of Senegal and is currently in its eleventh edition. This regularity in updating this collection according to the legislative and regulatory changes, testifies to its professionalism and its commitment to make available to taxpayers and practitioners this tool that is the tax law.

In July 2017, he received the distinction of the National Order of Merit of Senegal, recognition for the distinguished services rendered to his Country through his dynamism and seriousness in the profession of Legal and Tax Counsel that he has been practicing since 1997.
