Mr Baraka is a Certified Public Accountant in Public Practice (Tanzania) and a Chartered Accountant (Australia) and holds a Masters in Business Administration (Griffith University) and is a registered tax consultant (Tanzania) and certified tax adviser (Australia).

Mr Baraka has more than 10 years of experience in tax principles within the region having worked in different countries and in different functional areas, such as Insurance, Banking, Textile, Auto, Publication, Media, Logistics, Energy, and Power.
